I think I changed a lot.
No, wait.
I think we changed a lot.

One year later -
Without really paying attention, this year has truly flown past. From awkward first days in a class where we could sit anywhere we desired and everyday was like a aimless party, to tormenting teachers, wasting time in Causeway Point, wondering when will the year end, when will the holidays come - I've been waiting for the school bell to ring all this time and when it did, I couldn't feel anything. Not euphoria, nor nostalgia, nor sadness.
Maybe a sense of emptiness has finally seeped in through all those emotions and I realised that I've been waiting for this, yearning and craving for this so much that when it finally came, I had no other purpose nor meaning.

The many mornings we'd spent, running around the classroom and surrendering into our little sanctuary - a sanctuary no one but us could enter. The knowledge of surrendering the classroom to the next batch, the new replacements that would take over the class that we'd selfishly protected and made it our own. The graffiti on the desks, the whiteboard, the lockers, the walls - it's all ours.

With less than a day before the title "2/4" no longer belongs to us, when we could no longer associate with it except to acknowledge that we once belonged there. I guess things get more precious now, now that we're all dispersing, exploding into different directions after this year. The knowledge and realisation of the simple, stupid word 'separation' just shifts a little uncomfortably in our hearts, because we'd suddenly realised, oh, dear God, we're never going back.

Realising 'forever' is too strong a word behind 'friends', we've entrusted our futures into MSN contacts and phonebook entries.
And maybe while walking along Causeway Point or classroom corridors, we would have all these memories to return to, to recall to and maybe become who we once were.

It's so strange that 2 years have passed.
I wonder how we would all be in 10 years.

Thanks, 2/4, for the good times and the bad.
Thanks for letting me grow up with all of you, for all the moments where I learnt that there would never be anything like our class, for all the lessons I'd learnt and all the mistakes I'd made that I hope I wouldn't repeat again. I'm sorry too, for anyone I've pissed off, I know I have and I'm sorry for that.

I love our class and I'm glad I did. (you guys are what I go to school forrrr!)
